Every ring is personally hand sourced direct from the mine. In most cases our highly trained gemologists will inspect and throw-aside no less that 50 diamonds before picking the BRIGHTEST and BIGGEST one for your ring.
The clarity of the diamond means that when looked at under a microscope, almost no inclusions or flaws are evident. To the naked eye they will appear as a VVS or VS clarity diamond.
The diamond is given 5 hours of machine polishing, and hand rubbed every hour, before each of the 57 to 58 facets of the stone go for buffing and shining.
The mount for the diamond has been hand designed to specifically give the illusion to the naked eye that the diamond is 30% largerthan it is.
The finished ring spends 2 days in the final finishing room, being finely polished. Here it is subjected to 27 separate tests for clarity and colour. The technicians in the laboratory then microscopically inspect everyone of The Solitaires, twice.
There is no filler gold used on this ring. The entire design is cast and hand crafted from Platinum, a metal more precious, valuable and finer than even 18kt gold.
